Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Little Genius, we follow a customer-friendly policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth, transparent, and stress-free. We are always here to support you before and after your purchase. Kindly read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing an order.

Manufacturer Warranty

All wooden toys by Little Genius are made from natural materials and undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.

• These products carry a 7-day manufacturer warranty, applicable only for manufacturing defects.
• Natural variations in wood grain, color, texture, minor cracks due to climate changes, or wear and tear from regular use are not covered under warranty.
• Damage caused due to misuse, moisture exposure, rough handling, or normal aging of wood is not covered.

Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 7 days of delivery along with required proof (images/videos) for verification.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only if the product has not been dispatched.

Transit Damage Policy

Although rare, products may get damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please follow the steps below:

• Opening video is mandatory. Please record a clear unboxing video showing the parcel and product condition.
• If damage is found, we will arrange an immediate replacement after verification.
• Without an opening video, we will be unable to process any damage-related claims.
• Please email the video to contact@littlegeniustoys.in.

Size-Related Exchange

• If there is a size issue, customers must email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@littlegeniustoys.in.
• Please have a look at 'Measurement & Weight' before placing the order.
• A product video showing repackaging must be shared for verification.
• Reverse pickup/shipping charges may apply depending on parcel size and location.
• In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
• If the product is not handed over within 5–7 business days after the exchange request, the request will be automatically cancelled.

Return & Refund Policy

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 4–6 working days after approval.
• The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method, depending on bank processing timelines.
