1. Overview

At Little Genius, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare event of issues, this policy outlines the terms governing returns, exchanges, and refunds.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

2. Manufacturer Warranty

All wooden toys manufactured by Little Genius are crafted using natural materials.

• A 7-day manufacturer warranty is provided against manufacturing defects.
• Warranty applies only to structural or functional manufacturing defects.
• Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photo/video proof.

Not Covered Under Warranty

The following are not considered defects:

• Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or color
• Minor cracks or texture variations due to climatic conditions
• Wear and tear from regular usage
• Damage due to misuse, water exposure, rough handling, or improper storage
• Damage caused by external force or negligence

3. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• If cancellation is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 4–6 working days.

4. Transit Damage Policy

Although rare, damage may occur during shipping.

Mandatory Requirement:

A clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is required to process transit damage claims.

The video must clearly show:

• Sealed package condition
• Opening of the parcel
• Visible damage (if any)

Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any transit damage claims.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement.

5. Size-Related Exchange

If there is a size-related concern:

• Customer must email within 48 hours of delivery.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• A repackaging video must be shared before reverse pickup.
• Reverse pickup charges may apply depending on parcel size and location.
• In locations without reverse pickup service, customers may need to self-ship.

If the product is not handed over within 5–7 business days after exchange approval, the request will be automatically cancelled.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed under the following circumstances:

• Approved manufacturing defect
• Approved transit damage
• Approved cancellation (before dispatch)
• Stock unavailability

Refund Timeline

• Processed within 4–6 working days after approval.
• Credited to the original payment method.
• Final credit timeline depends on banking/payment gateway processing.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used products
• Products without original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products returned without prior approval
